Easy ways to pay your account

As a Buyer’s Edge customer, you’ll receive a monthly statement if you have activity on your account.

Each statement provides an outline of the transactions made over the last month and the minimum payment required. The minimum monthly payment on Buyer’s Edge is 4% of the total outstanding balance, or $30, whichever is greater (Plus any overdue payments, over limit amounts and fees).

With Buyer’s Edge, it's easy to make payments when you need to. Choose the method that suits you best: direct debit, BPAY®, by mail or in person.

Direct debit

The direct debit facility helps to ensure you never miss a payment by setting up automatic monthly payments to your Buyer’s Edge account from your savings or cheque account. Login to the Online Service Centre to download a direct debit form. Payment cannot be made by credit card or charge card.

BPAY

This service is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check with your bank about the BPAY® methods available to you. Check your monthly statement for all the information you need:

Biller code - 8714

The customer reference number (CRN) is your Buyer’s Edge account number (not your card number) - this can be found in the top right hand corner of your statement.

By mail

Make your cheque or money order payable to: 'Buyer’s Edge'
Attach your payment to the payment slip on your statement and return to:

Buyer’s Edge
Locked Bag 20040

Don't forget to write your name and account number on the back of your cheque or money order.
Please make sure you allow 10 days to process your cheque.
